haha well there is not much to critique there. always good to start out with a solid intro text, pretty well made. solid editing, the style seemed consistent to me, music fit the pace of the clips, set the mood. and a decent ending to the short mini movie. 10/10 really. nothing new but done pretty well.

Just keep the god damn models at default. No need to change either textures, models nor field of view.

I'm at school now, so I cannot re-watch the video right now, but it sure didnt look like CZ. Maps looked like 1.6, models looked like 1.6 (besides famas) but the field of view-thingy was fucked up.

yeah the famas and inferno was cscz :) and the other 2 were cs and as hytexx saidno more mirv_cameraofs_cs 0 0 -4 but i didnt change any texture bceuse inferno_cz is like that ^^

Well, glad that you used the 1.6 player models (and some weapon models) then.
The in-game sound is not synchronized at all, or is the video just lagging?
The last clip on d2 looked a bit too bright/strong.

@hytex: sorry i should have specified, yeah those weird models and textures are definitely cz, i didn't know about the rest... but i've beaten the cz single player campaign once through... my lame ass knows cz inferno and that silly famas any day >.<


@Dec: meh, I felt the rhythm he was going for. it was subtle with the low ingame audio, but I think most of it went to a rhythm with the music, just not always on the heavy downbeats. it's as if the quiet gunfire is improvising a syncopated rhythm, making a duet with the music, soloing on top of the music if you will. fitting in it's own rhythm on top of the music. i'm probably over thinking this WAY too much, but as a drummer that's what it seems to me, i'll tap my own rhythm on a counter top to add to the rhythm of the music, fitting in my own rhythm in the gaps of the music's rhythm.

i have no idea why the sound were off like that :S
i used volcity.... maybe thats why? :S

I edited it on my notebook and there i asked a friend for a sound pack because i don't have the CS there and he sent me that and i were lazy to ask anothers :P!
