Ambient Occlusion?

#1 - 2. Jul 2018 06:02
Hey guys,

I would like to be able to enable/create ambient occlusion via SweetFX or another method for the purpose of movie making, I think it adds a lot to CS:GO's dated graphics.

However, because of the ever so infamous smoke bug it appears to have been disabled completely.

Does anybody have any idea how I might be able to achieve enabling AO in CS:GO at all? Or if insecure mode might help me achieve this?

I don't have any developer/programming knowledge so this is why I'm asking.

Thanks for any help.

What I know SweetFX only enhance the colors, you should be able o achieve that in vegas. Just add HSL Adjust?

CSGO has ambient occlusion, so not sure what you mean by wanting to add it.  Perhaps you want to make it "pop" more?  I would just play with soft contrast and levels in vegas. see what you can get.
