glitch effects in transitions

I have a bug or something that triggers a glitch effect in some transitions. Im using sony vegas 14 and fraps. Anyone else that had this bug that have a answer how to fix it. Ruining my funtime :(

Common bug. Best thing to do is to restart Vegas before you render, then cross your fingers. Restarting comp before rendering is the next step if that doesn't work.

I also got something similar (when I was going to show a beta to Anthony :P) which even caused the video to slightly lag in some parts, but in that particular render there was only a subtle glitch effect.

The solution? I disabled hardware acceleration in Discord.

I remember, from back when I was editing, that if everything else failed (with basically every bug/error) in relationship to rendering, try importing the actual vegas project file into a new project. I never experienced a single thing doing it like that -  but the render time will be longer.

Having two or more fraps clips playing at once can cause problems in Vegas.
