Matte Painting

You should definatly pay more attention to compositing, color correction.
Look at some pro training for very useful tips. Try Gnomon workshop, Digital Tutors!

Anyway not that bad for a first matte painting.
Remember that everything, what is far away is less visible and has colder colors. For example, the mountains far away from the road can't be so visible in my opinion.
You should feather out the edges just a touch.

Thank you sir. Ye, i know my fails like you said about that mountain, but I will keep training :D Well, i really dont have a money to pay for digital tutors or Gnomon workshop :(

good start. perspective on the car seems a little off, and the front lights should light up the model more?

@pava Yeah, you are totaly right. I put opacity on that lights about 30-40% to that lights cant touch a model :D (sorry for bad english)

You don't need to pay good money for that, just keep practicing and experimenting and you'll get better. Check out other peoples work and study it.

(oh and you can always torrent those things, but of course i dont recommend that ;))))))))))))

Yeah but sometimes you just can't move forward without small tip, which you can find in many sources ;p

Keep doing this stuff Bluex, I mentioned DT and Gnomon because I thought that free-online trainings aren't enough for you in some way but do what others said.

Show us your next matte painting when you're done!
