this pictures are made for a competition organized on my 3dsmax course.

software: 3dsmax
render engine: mental ray + mr depth of field /daylight system (mr - sun,sky)
model: 1 925 810 polygons

Agreed that the textures look a little plain, also the DOF on the 2nd screenshot makes the closeup model look slightly blurry unless that's what you intended. Pretty decent so far though.

aye, but the colors looks nice. kinda classic. cool robot model, but it could be sharper and shiny'er overall :p
