Hard beats for Dec

#1 - 11. Nov 2009 13:31
Dec asked for some music and I have an obligation to deliver. Thought that others might be interested too (the minority I suppose ;) ) so rather than posting on Dec's guestbook I decided to make thread outta it. Hopefully people can get some ideas or at least a few chuckles out of the Mario Brothers remix.

Ok,let's start out slow. Electro house:
MIA - XR2 (Bill Eff remix)
Jean Elan - Where's your head at (Klaas remix)
Designer Drugs - Zombies

Great, all warmed up now. Note that I set up some of the links so that they skip straight to breaks/good bits of the tracks.

Hellraiser & the Engineer - Legion 'For We Are Many' (God Is Not Here With Us Mix)
Dj Zany & Mc DV8 - Nothing else matters
Refresh - A step too far (DJ Tony Remix)
Dark by Design - Blackout (Yoji Biomehanika & Romeo Toscani Remix)
Cave - Street Carnival (Max Walder Remix)
AJ Busta - I Grow It (Francesco Zeta Rmx)
Luna vs. Kold Konexxion - Return To Zero
Dougal & Gammer - Nobody Likes The Records
Wild MotherFuckers - Fother Mucker
The Raiders - Miss Kidman On A Cruise
Lab 4 - Neu Messiah
A*S*Y*S - No More Fucking Rock'n'Roll
The Beholder & Balistic ft. Max Enforcer - Nuclear Reaction
Boriqua Tribez - Celina
Donkey Rollers - Atrocity
Matt M Maddox - Psycho 2005
Proteus & DJ X - Full Metal Jacket
Neophyte - Braincracking
Organ Donors - Super Mario Brothers
Organ Donors - Teardrop

I might come back to arrange the tracks so that it... makes sense but for now just compiling this list took enough outta me :P

How dare you defile my thread with a track like that!

And no, can't say I agree to hardstyle being "too hard". Depends on the track of course. Sure there's some really over the top stuff (that I happily left out, haha) but in general it's just a matter of the movie maker being able to use the music.

I got many tracks from Headhunterz, it's just that pretty much each and every one of them contain really cheesy vocals so I didn't post any :P
Now that I think about it, the z in Headhunterz is a pretty good indication of just how cheesy, haha.
Nevertheless, I'd say Victim of My Rage is one of their more interesting tracks.

Same with this, a useable track surely but a huge cliche as well:
The Rush vs Thalamus - Shock Your Senses

EDIT:
Oh shit I forgot these two from the list:
Alex Kidd, Lisa Lashes & Kidd Kaos - New Religion
Arkus P - Halo

A bit of dnb never hurt no one:
Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc (Drum & Bass Re!Mix)
origin unknown valley of the shadows
La Roux - In For The Kill (Skream's Let's Get Ravey Mix) (well the dnb bit comes in the end, a good track nonetheless)
But just so that we won't venture too far from what's essential, Kidd's in for the kill as well:
La roux - In For The Kidd (Alex Kidd Crash Re-edit)

Meccano Twins <3

Meccano Twins - Illusion
Meccano Twins - Breath (~2:20 - The moment you hear in Slowmo') <3
Meccano Twins - Complex Man
Meccano Twins - Inner Side (Go insane, indeed)
Meccano Twins - Dissolution

Haha, insane music :D

Oh so you want to go harder, huh? :D
So Many Sacrifices
G-Shock - Demons (Promo remix)
Neophyte - Future Priests of Now
Although personally I don't like the really distorted reverse bass. A full bass for a beat is much better.
Not as insane though :P

And oh how I wish this was released in proper quality:
Showtek - Fuck The System (Organ Donors Pill remix)
Haha!
